Process for requesting documents from the Exam Cell

 

  1. Write an application addressed to the Exam Controller, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, clearly mentioning the documents required.
  2. The application must also clearly mention the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Roll Number
    • Program / Course Name
    • Year of Passing / Graduation
  3. Wherever applicable, kindly attach a copy of the Final Year Marksheet along with the application.
  4. Make the necessary payment using the bank account details provided on this page. Kindly keep a copy/screenshot of the payment receipt for reference.
  5. If you wish to receive the documents via post/courier, please include the applicable postal charges along with the payment.
  6. Scan or take a clear photograph of the signed application and send it via email to exam.cell@dsvv.ac.in, along with the payment receipt.
  7. Kindly mention your contact number in the email for communication purposes.
  8. The Examination Cell will respond to your email once the documents are prepared and ready for dispatch/collection.
