Shri Sharad Pardhy gained his professional training from the University of Nagpur. Over more than two decades, he has been associated with several professional institutions in diverse capacities and has worked closely with young, creative minds across academic and professional settings.

His Professional practice

Alongside his institutional work, he established his own professional practice in architecture and valuation, where he served for several decades. As a trained professional in architectural design, Shri Pardhy has been associated with various organizations and forums, including the Indian Institute of Architects, the Council of Architecture, and the Indian Institute of Valuers.

He has also served as a visiting faculty member at Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur; Priyadarshini College of Architecture, Wadi, Nagpur; and College of Engineering and Architecture, Gondia. In these roles, he has imparted knowledge in architectural design, building construction, real estate valuation, and related fields.

As an experienced academician and professional, Shri Pardhy has served as an examiner for architectural subjects at Nagpur University, as architect for various Nagpur University projects, and as valuer for the Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Finance Society for residential building valuation.

He has also been actively involved in upliftment projects with All World Gayatri Pariwar and other social organizations, including Rotary Club. A key member of the parent sponsoring organization, Ved Mata Gayatri Trust, he also serves as Editor of the Marathi edition of Akhand Jyoti monthly magazine. Recipient of the Meritorious Service Award from Rotary International, Shri Pardhy has played an instrumental role in strengthening the volunteer-based model of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. Under his guidance and experience, the University continues to progress steadily toward its mission.
