Objectives of SCIET

Areas of Operation

The SCIT shall operate in two main areas as following:

  1. Training:

The SCIT intends to operate in the area of Training specifically related to the topics of entrepreneurship and startups. The following are the various types of trainings the the SCIT will conduct under its operations:

  1. Entrepreneurship camps (1–3 days)
  2. Faculty development programs
  3. Startup and incubation workshops

Terms and condition

The terms and conditions for conducting the training programs shall be defined and announced on case to case basis. Apart from these, the SCIT shall abide by the terms and conditions laid by the sponsoring agencies, if any, for conducting any of the above-mentioned program.

2. Incubation:

SCIT intends to provide incubation opportunities to upcoming entrepreneurs. It shall provide such avenues in several areas few of them being:

  • Tourism & Hospitality
  • Media & Communication
  • Health & Wellness
  • Environmental
  • Technologies
  • Rural Innovation

The terms and conditions for Incubating activities will also be prepared on case to case basis under the kind guidance of the advisory board.
